Alice Ting
Managing Director, Hong Kong
Alice Ting is Pacnet’s Managing Director for Hong Kong and is responsible for sales management of carrier, enterprise and SMB businesses. Prior to joining Pacnet, Ms. Ting was Sales Director for Greater China at British Telecom (BT). Since joining BT in 2002, Ms. Ting played a significant role in transforming the company’s Hong Kong sales team into a solutions-focused sales force.
Ms. Ting has more than 18 years of telecom experience and has served several regional sales management roles in Hong Kong and North America. She held sales management roles with Hutchison INET Hong Kong, BT and Concert in USA. She was instrumental in the global account development at BT North America as well as managing one of the top 3 customers in North America when she was with Concert. She first stepped into the industry as a Sales Engineer for Nortel in 1988 where she progressively built a solid track record in selling to multinational corporations and carriers on a broad range of telecom products and services.
Ms. Ting received her bachelor of Engineering Science degree from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
