Pacnet’s Co-location Service is available as a standard service, or with an optional maintenance package consisting of additional services such as on-site maintenance support and proactive 24×7 monitoring.

  • Supports various types of cross connection and in-housing wiring including Cat5e, coaxial and fiber connection.
  • Alarm monitoring of co-located equipment generating report according to pre-defined channel with options for equipment alarm and cable inspection.
  • Power on/off and press reset button.
  • Physical circuit loop back, based on customer request and instruction.
  • Faulty and spare parts management allowing physical plug-in and unplug of faulty spare card based on customer’s instruction.
