Sunanda Das
Managing Director, Pacnet India
As Managing Director of Pacnet India, Sunanda Das is responsible for management and strategic development of the company’s business in India. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr Das was Managing Director for India at Cable and Wireless (C&W) responsible for overseeing C&W’s local business as well as providing strategic guidance to offshore operational support from India to the UK.
While at C&W, Mr Das turned the company’s India business around from a project office to a full-fledged business unit with revenue growth of 45% CAGR over the past five years. During his 12 years with C&W, he was also instrumental in helping C&W acquire its ILD and NLD licenses and rolling out the company’s NGN platform in India. Prior to being appointed Managing Director, Mr Das was Chief Financial Officer at C&W India.
Mr. Sunada attended St. Xaviers College in Calcutta and is a Chartered Accountant in India.
